Who We Are
Denise Terravechia
began working as an assessor over two decades ago. Since 1988 she has worked in
the field of Real Estate, adding to her knowledge and expertise. She has worked
as a Real Estate Agent, and Assessor in New Hampshire, and has been a USPAP
certified Real Estate Appraiser for over a decade.
What We Do
Our goal is to
produce evaluate each property accurately and fairly within USPAP guidelines,
and to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
We currently only
provide Real Estate Appraisal, but will soon be adding Personal Property
Appraisal to our list of services.
